Q. How do I know if I am eligible for this promotion?

As long as you completed a ride in the day, you will get to enjoy your next ride (up to 11.59pm of the same day) for free!

Q. If I take 2 rides today, do I get to enjoy the promo code twice?

Unfortunately, each passenger is only entitled to 1 free ride per day. Do remember to take a GrabCar ride everyday to enjoy another free ride during this promo period.

Q. Why do you say it is free when it is only up to RM8?

Based on our rates, RM8 is sufficient to cover up to 5km ride distance with GrabCar
