Steps
- Download the TGV Cinemas Mobile App via Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
- Choose your movie > seat > hall.
- Payment type > Click Pay with masterpass.
(must register and pay with a Mastercard credit / debit card) - You will receive an email with an e-voucher code on the next day
- Visit any TGV Cinemas Ticket Counter and present the email with the e-voucher code to redeem your free movie ticket.
Terms & Conditions:
- Free movie ticket is eligible with purchase of any movie of any seat from any hall.
- Free movie ticket is rewarded according to per ticket buy (eg. Buy 10 tickets, Receive 10 tickets).
- Promotion starts from 15 December 2017 onwards, while stocks last.
- Valid with purchase via Masterpass™ by Mastercard™ on TGV Cinemas Mobile App ONLY.
- Not valid for purchase at the ticket counter, kiosk or online website.
- Up to a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.
- Free movie ticket value is based on ticket price at the time of purchase, including Early Bird.
Free Ticket Redemption Terms & Conditions:
- Valid for redemption at ticketing counter ONLY; online redemption is not available.
- Valid for any movie on any day and any time, subject to seat availability on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Each free movie ticket redemption is valid for one-time use ONLY.
- Valid for standard seats and preferred seats for any movie in standard hall ONLY.
- Cash top-up needed for premium seats, twin seats, 3D movies and selected titles (if specified).
- Two free movie tickets must be presented in order to redeem a single twin seat.
- Not applicable for specialty halls including LUXE, Beanie, IMAX® and INDULGE.
- Free movie ticket is non-returnable, non-refundable nor extendable & not exchangeable for cash.
- Free movie ticket is not redeemable for any other promo items such as concessions, F&B items and Hall Bookings.
- Strictly meant for private use only and is not for sale under any circumstances – the free movie ticket remains the PROPERTY OF TGV CINEMAS SDN BHD.
