Apple Price Change for Macs, as much as RM1,600 price drop!
With the announcement of new 12-inch MacBook available for purchase now, Apple also announce the Apple price change for Macs in Malaysia, as much as RM1,600 price decrease.
Apple has released an update to the 12-inch Retina MacBook. The updated MacBook now comes with more powerful processors and new integrated GPU, as well as comes with better battery life.
Interestingly, with the addition of the Rose Gold colour variant for 12-inch Macbook, the color lineup is now similar to Apple iOS devices.
Besides that, MacBook Air also received a slight update. All the MacBook Air now ship with 8GB of RAM.
The Price for New Macbook & Macbook Air
For the price reduction, it is including Macbook, Macbook Air, Macbook Pro, Mac Mini and iMac. Some of the products receive only RM200 reduction in price, while others got a whopping RM1,600 price cut.

The price drops might not as drastic as we hope, because the retail prices before the previous price hike (During October 2015) is still lower. Anyway, we are glad to see that Apple is adjusting the prices of their products which reflect the current exchange rate of our currency.
If you’re planning to get yourself a new Mac machine, perhaps now is the best time to get it.
One more thing. Siri announces WWDC 2016 will be held June 13th through June 17th in San Francisco. Apple may have a few surprises for us.
